Fresh Flowers

We are commited to deliver your important emotional sentiments on time and as fresh and beautiful as possible.

For this commitment, you may receive some of our flowers in bud form which will last longer. Flowers in bud are also better protected against movement, so they are a lot less likely to suffer any minor bumps or bruises while they are on their way to you. After enjoying your flowers at their freshest as they open more day by day, the flowers should open in full in three to four days similar to the sample pictures that you see on our website. Flowers that sometimes arrive in bud form to ensure freshness and quality may include but not limited to Alstroemeria, Irises, Lilies, Peonies, and Tulips.

You may also notice that some of the outer petals of each flower might not be as perky looking as the rest of other flowers. Please do not worry, since this is totally normal. These petals are known as guard petals, which protect the bud as the flower is developing and opening. You can remove these guard petals if you want, but we send your flowers keeping their natural beauty, including the guard petals.

Substitutions

 

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme, size and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal or greater value.

 

In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color. For instance, if an order is for yellow daisies, they will substitute another color of daisies, not another yellow flower. White roses and cream roses may be substituted for each other as well as peach roses and pink roses. Purple and pink orchids may need to be substituted for white orchids and visa versa.

Due to the importance of delivering orders for special occasions, such as funerals, birthdays, and anniversaries, on specific days, we may make a substitution on our own of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery, if the flowers you requested are not available and we are not able to reach you via the phone number(s) or email address you provided.
